WELCOME TO THE TIMBERYARD

For 2026, Whisky Abbey takes off from its exciting new home: The Timber Yard in Port Melbourne. This expansive industrial space offers the perfect backdrop for our “Destinations” theme, combining open-plan versatility with striking character — just minutes from Melbourne’s CBD and the waterfront.

The Timber Yard provides more room to explore, more exhibitors, and more immersive whisky experiences than ever before. Its industrial architecture, high ceilings, and open spaces make it a destination in itself, offering a vibrant setting for a festival that celebrates craft, flavour, and discovery.

Just like a great travel stop, The Timber Yard is easy to reach and full of character. Whether you’re a local visitor or coming from afar, it’s a space designed to welcome you, connect you with people, and immerse you in the world of whisky.

Whisky Abbey and The Timber Yard share the same ethos: creativity, community, and unforgettable experiences. Step inside, and let your whisky journey begin.
