Bill Lark, often called the “Godfather of Australian Whisky,” returns to Whisky Abbey with another special masterclass. Known for his pioneering work in establishing Tasmania’s whisky industry, Bill brings a creative spirit and a talent for storytelling that makes every session unique.
This year’s line-up showcases some of Lark’s most inventive releases — from bold experiments with Chinotto casks, to the much-loved Christmas tradition, and the rare Mizunara Oak series. Each dram tells a part of Lark’s story of innovation and craftsmanship.
