Lark: A New Signature

A new chapter is taking shape at Lark, with three new single malts designed to showcase the distillery’s modern house style through different expressions of cask, smoke and Tasmanian character.

 

Hosted by Lark Master Distiller and Blender Chris Thomson, this masterclass will explore the new Signature Collection through Fire Trail, Devil’s Storm and Ruby Abyss – three whiskies built around Lark’s long relationship with Australian fortified wine casks, while each taking the spirit in a different direction.

 

From the vibrant and approachable Fire Trail, through the subtle Tasmanian peat of Devil’s Storm, to the depth of Ruby Abyss and its use of century-old Australian Port reserve, Chris will take guests through the thinking and whisky making behind this new era for Lark.

 

The tasting will finish by looking ahead once more, with a fourth, yet-to-be-released Lark whisky making its first appearance at Whisky Abbey.
